Graphene film is grown on the surface of copper foil, with the number of layers being single-layer or few-layer (less than 10 layers). The film has high integrity, high single-layer coverage, good electrical conductivity, and electron mobility can reach ~6000 cm2/V·s. The transparent graphene film on the copper foil is rolled into a PET-based transparent film using a special method. The current specification is 25 cm × 20000 cm (effective width 19 cm; theoretically, the length can be arbitrarily long).

Storage and Usage:
